Multiple Listing Services (MLS) – The MLS serves as a database for all property currently listed in a specific zone or area, available to all agents that are members of that service. Because of our location, we choose to be members of the Regional Multiple Listing Service, which serves the Greater Twin Cities area, and also the St. Cloud Multiple Listing Service. We want all agents in our area to have access to your listing and exposure on both of these systems is key. As a seller, this broadens the area your buyer can come from.

Technology – We utilize technology to the fullest, which enables us to serve you in the best ways possible. Internet, email, digital cameras, specialized software – each can help you in a different way. Rather get an email attachment than a fax? No problem. And no problem opening it either! We use PDF files, a universal file format for document sharing (read by Adobe Reader).

Electronic Lockboxes – An Electronic Lockbox will likely be placed on your door when you list your property. This box holds your house key, and uses codes to limit access to your home to authorized personnel only. It also controls the hours during which a listing can be accessed and validates access privileges.

Toll-Free Number – Even in the era of cell phones, making long distance calls from a work phone or even using a mobile phone in the workplace, is often not allowed. By providing an 800 number, we make it very easy for buyers to call.

Comprehensive Marketing Plan – We tailor our marketing plans to fit the needs of our buyers. Choosing the right publications your property is advertised in is crucial. You won’t be disappointed in our marketing work. Our listings are professionally displayed in quality flyers, publications and ads, all designed in our office.

New Construction – We have several builders that we work with on a day to day basis. This can be helpful in selling, as well as buying a home. We can get a bid from one of our builders and you can see if the home is then still in the budget.

Billboard Advertising – Our billboard, which is located in front of our office, is a great place for your property to be seen. It is estimated that 12,000 cars travel the stretch of Highway 55 in front of our office on a daily basis. Buyers frequently stop in asking for additional information when something appearing on the billboard caught their eye.
